Yes, we deliver to all London areas, and all postcodes inside the M25. Please refer to our full delivery area map on this page above. The only days we typically don't deliver are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, December 27th, December 28th, December 30th and 31st, and January 1st and 2nd. .
We usually need 48 hours notice, so if you order today, your cake will be delivered the day after tomorrow — for example, order Monday for Wednesday delivery. We do get very busy around times such as Valentine's Day, Halloween and Christmas, so please order as far ahead as you can. Yes, once you've placed your order you'll receive a notification to say delivery is booked. On your chosen delivery day we'll send you a text message with a live tracking link. You'll then be able to follow your birthday cakes journey form our NW10 bakery to your front door. .
We have two options for your birthday cake delivery: Our ANYTIME delivery will arrive between 8am and 5pm, or our premium PRE-MIDDAY option will arrive between 8am 12 noon. If you need a more specific timed delivery, or a direct private courier from the bakery to your event - reach out and talk to us, we'll be happy to look at options with you. .
All of the cakes for order in our birthday cake collection will a look like the picture you see on our website. These cakes can be personalised with hand-piped birthday messages, our Vintage Bling Cakes can be customised with additional piping, and bespoke icing colours . Fully bespoke birthday cakes are extremely time consuming, and therefore carry a much higher price point. All Flavourtown birthday cakes can be personalised with either a hand piped message, or a message piped onto a sugarpaste plaque. There is an extra charge for this. You can also include a complimentary gift message with your order, simply fill out the Gift Message note box during checkout. .
Ideally not. Keep your cake in a cool room and out of direct sunlight. If your house is hot, or in the unlikely event of a London heatwave, you should chill your birthday cake. Please remember to remove your cake from the fridge at least two to three hours before serving, otherwise the sponge will be hard and dense. .
All Flavourtown birthday cakes (and the whole product range) are handmade in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, peanuts and sulphites. We cannot guarantee that any Flavourtown bakes are free from these allergens. .
