Salted Caramel Cake
What's it all about?
Sponge: Four layers of super squishy caramel sponge made with Tate and Lyle organic brown sugars.
Filling: Each layer is filled with caramel mascarpone icing and little puddles of our handmade salted caramel sauce with crunchy caramel biscuit pearls for a delicious texture.
Frosting: Our brand-new caramel dulce de leche mascarpone icing is SO good! We’ve wanted to slightly dial down the sweetness on this cake for a while and the new version hits every spot.
Decoration: Stripes of our caramel mascarpone icing, a caramelised white chocolate drip and mini handmade caramel chocolate bars finish this beauty! Finished with crunchy caramel chocolate-covered biscuit pearls and mini frosting swirls.

Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
Hand Delivery & Collection
London delivery is available for all our products. We deliver every day between 8am - 5pm, and you can choose your delivery date in checkout.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can collect from our Fulham and Richmond shops every day, or our Park Royal bakery between Monday - Saturday.
