Welcome to Flavourtown, the only thing better than shopping for cake is eating cake! To help get our treats to you as easily as possible we’ve written this handy page to answer all of your questions about using our website.
Do you deliver?
We absolutely do – seven days a week! Click here to check and see if you’re in our London cake delivery zones. If we are you simply choose the option for a delivery going through checkout. If you’re not you can always collect from our Fulham Bakery, Richmond Bakery or from our central kitchen in NW London.
How do I choose when I get my cake?
As you go through checkout, you’ll see a little calendar, simply click the date that you want your goodies to arrive.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We offer two delivery methods – an “anytime” delivery is £6 and this will come between 8am and 5pm and we don’t offer time slots with this method. A pre 11am delivery is £16 and will be with you between 8am and 11am on the day. For both options we will text you on the morning of your delivery with an estimated two-hour window.
Can I get same day treats?
Because everything we do is baked to order we can’t whip up a cake, cool it, decorate it and get it out the same day! Quality takes time BUT... Our Fulham and Richmond stores do have cupcakes, cake slices and a limited amount of whole cakes available for same day pick up.
Can I personalise my cake?
All of our cakes and some of our cupcakes will have the option to add either a hand piped message or a plaque on the product page. Simply select the option, add your words then choose add to cart.
How many people do your cakes feed?
There’s a handy dandy portion guide on every cake page! It’s nestled right near the allergen and delivery info! We give you our estimates for big thick chunky slices and for slightly more conservative portions.
Do you do bespoke orders?
We love bespoke cakes! If you have an idea drop us an email and we can talk! We do need at least five days notice to allow for planning and chatting
Why do I choose my treats from you guys at Flavourtown?
We’ve been doing this for eight years and we’ve never changed the quality of our ingredients once! We use organic free-range eggs, organic flour, Tate and Lyle sugars, Lescure butter and chocolate and cocoa powder from Valrhona and Callebaut in Belgium. Everything is made super fresh in small batches. We have amazing artisan bakers and decorators and we really care about what goes into your food. We genuinely believe we make the best cakes in London, possibly even the world.
