Our luscious, thick golden caramel sauce is made with four simple ingredients - French butter, Tate & Lyle organic sugar, locally sourced double cream and a pinch of Maldon sea salt. No additives and no preservatives. There's lashings of that same gooey, buttery salted caramel sauce in both our Salted Caramel Cake and our Chocolate Salted Caramel Truffle Cake. And with sizes ranging from 6" to 10" - there's a Caramel Cake for every London birthday, celebration or event.

Flavourtown Caramel Cakes are handmade from scratch and freshly baked to order in our Great Taste Gold Award-winning London bakery every morning. Not only do we make that slow-simmered caramel by hand, but our master bakers also craft our famously fluffy sponges and icings in-house. Our cakes are made with meticulous attention to detail and the finest ingredients, including organic flour from Shipton Mill and Doves Farm, organic Tate & Lyle sugar, Madagascan vanilla, free-range eggs and world-famous Callebaut Belgian chocolate. And every cake is beautifully hand-decorated by Matilde and our team of talented cake artists.
