We need 48 hours' notice for corporate cupcake orders - so order today for delivery the day after tomorrow: Order Monday, delivery Wednesday etc. For larger more complex campaigns, multiple delivery drops or fully bespoke designs - get in touch as early as possible to plan your order and guarantee your date. We offer two standard delivery windows: Antime delivery is 8am–5pm, and our Pre-Midday option will arrive between 8am-12 noon. If you need a direct-delivery with a two hour window, multiple drops, or timed delivery for a press activation - Email us HERE for options.

Our team are highly skilled at colour-matching to Pantone references and your brand style-guide. It's worth noting that with some colour references, an exact match may not exist in the world of food colouring. In these instances our team will need to mix colours to replicate the reference as closely as possible. Due to the nature of food colouring, we unfortunately can't match metallic or neon colours. Yes, once your order's been placed we will email you a full VAT invoice to keep finance and the bean counters happy.

Please note that whilst we offer vegan and free from gluten products, all items are baked in a kitchen that handles dairy and gluten.
