What time do I need to order by for next day cake delivery in London?
Orders must be placed by 12 noon for guaranteed next day cake delivery in London. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in two days. For exmaple: if you order after 12 noon Monday, your order will be delivered Wednesday. We will always try our very best to help with next day cake emergencies — if you've missed the cut-off contact us and we'll see what we can do.
What areas of London do you deliver to?
We deliver to all London areas, including all postcode areas inside the M25. See the map above to confirm coverage to your area.
How are your next day cakes and cupcakes cakes delivered?
All Flavourtown cakes and cupcakes are carefully packaged in our specialist bakery boxes. Our trained couriers deliver directly from our NW10 bakery to your front door. We always hand-deliver - we never ship.
Do you offer same day cake delivery in London?
We don't offer same day delivery. Many companies that do offer same day delivery are usually defrosting frozen sponges, or rely on pre-made stock. Cake is a treat and it should always be the highest quality - and 100% worth the calories. We bake every cake and box of cupcakes fresh to order, which is why next day is our minimum
What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?
We will leave your order in a designated safe-place (you can mention this at the time of ordering). If this isn't possible we will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Are your cakes really baked fresh?
Yes - every cake and cupcake is baked fresh to order in our NW10 London bakery. Your cake or cupcakes ordered today don't exist yet. We've been doing it this way for 13 years and we never use frozen cakes, box-mixes or bought-in fillings.
Can I order cakes and cupcakes together for next day delivery?
Absolutely! Go wild and mix and match all of the cakes and cucpakes in this collection. The 12 noon order cut-off applies everything on this page.
How much does next day delivery cost?
ANYTIME delivery is £10.99 and your order will be with you between 8am and 5pm. PRE-MIDDAY delivery arrives between 8am and 12 noon. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept requests for specific time slots within the windows for either service
Can I personalise a next day delivery cake?
Yes! There’s an option to add either a hand-piped message or a message piped onto a sugarpaste plaque for all of the cakes in this collection. Simply choose your preferred option when adding your cake to the basket. There’s a small charge for this.
