Our Derek Dinosaur Cake is handcrafted from scratch here in our Great Taste Gold Award-winning London bakery. Our kids' cakes are made with the finest ingredients, including organic Shipton Mill and Doves Farm flour, free-range eggs, French butter, Tate & Lyle organic sugar and world-famous Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Derek is individually hand-decorated by our talented cake artists - we even make all of his sugarpaste decorations in-house.

What's it all about?
Sponge: Dorris is available in your choice of our most popular kids party sponge favourites: Three layers of fluffy Madagascan vanilla for that classic birthday cake taste. Three layers of squishy chocolate sponge.
Filling: Vanilla filled with Madagascan vanilla frosting. Chocolate filled with real Belgian chocolate buttercream.
Frosting: The Doris Dinosaur Cake is frosted with our organic vanilla buttercream - smooth and fluffy and not too sweet.
Decoration: Doris is decorated with handcrafted fondant eyes, mouth and rosy cheeks. She's finished with handmade purple scales - what else🦖

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
