Sponge: Four-layers of sponge in your choice of: Red Velvet, Madagascan Vanilla or Belgian Chocolate flavours.

Filling: Red Velvet is filled with cream cheese icing. Vanilla sponge is filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream. Chocolate sponge is filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream.

Frosting: Hand-iced with silky festive green Madagascan vanilla seed buttercream.

Decoration: Expertly hand-decorated by the Flavourtown cake artists with pink and green shell borders and a white ruffled trim. Featuring pink swags, green ruffles and vintage white fan shell details. Finished with trailing red ribbon bows.

Cake care

Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
