What's it all about?

A fluffy, moist brown sugar sponge made with Tate and Lyle organic sugar, obv! Topped with our new dulce de leche mascarpone frosting and finished with a drizzle of our hand-made caramel sauce, chocolate shavings and crispy caramel pearls.
