No preservatives and no mass production. We bake exclusively with free-range eggs, organic Shipton Mill and Doves Farm flour, Madagascan vanilla, Tate & Lyle sugars and Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Every cake is individually hand-piped and expertly finished by our talented team of cake artists.

Sponge: Choose from three layers of: Red Velvet, Madagascan Vanilla or Belgian Chocolate sponge.
Filling: 🎄Red Velvet filled with cream cheese frosting. 🎄Vanilla filled with Madagascan vanilla frosting. 🎄Chocolate filled with real Belgian chocolate buttercream.
Frosting: Individually hand-iced with our freshly whipped Madagascan vanilla buttercream.
Decoration: Decorated with white and brown striped icing and a handmade sugarpaste cartoony candle, feet and face. Finished with intricate royal icing gingerbread decorations, red bows and Christmas sprinkles.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
