Free From Gluten Raspberry Tripple Cake
What's it all about?
Not every cake works well made with free-from-gluten ingredients BUT our Raspberry Tripple might just be the best yet! A crowd-pleasing classic of a cake with a Flavourtown makeover.
Sponge: Four layers of our super moist Free From Gluten* Madagascan vanilla seed sponge rippled with a handmade raspberry compote. *Please note that this cake is baked with all gluten-free ingredients however it’s made in a kitchen that handles large amounts of gluten! Whilst we have robust cross-contamination procedures in place we can’t guarantee that this came may not contain traces of gluten.
Filling: Fresh raspberries, white chocolate chips, raspberry compote, and freeze-dried raspberry pieces.
Frosting: Super smooth whippy vanilla seed and raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream icing.
Decoration: Finished with pink and white buttercream stripes, mini white chocolate chips, fresh and freeze-dried raspberries, and poofs of Swiss meringue frosting.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
Hand Delivery & Collection
London delivery is available for all our products. We deliver every day between 8am - 5pm, and you can choose your delivery date in checkout.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can collect from our Fulham and Richmond shops every day, or our Park Royal bakery between Monday - Saturday.
