Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail 24, a fast and reliable service that aims to deliver most parcels the next working day. This service offers full UK coverage, provides tracking updates so you can follow your parcel’s journey, and doesn’t require a signature on delivery – meaning your item may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re not home. Royal Mail delivers within 24 hours in the vast majority of cases, but occasional delays can happen, and we’re unable to take responsibility for any disruption once the parcel is with the carrier.

Our delectable brownies and NYC cookies have specially designed postal packaging, this means we can deliver them across the UK!
We make, bake and package your treats and the gang at DPD deliver them next day – fully tracked! Nationwide delivery is £5 per box.
Cookie care
Flavourtown NYC-style cookies are big, and they’re designed to be crunchy on the outside and gooey in the middle! The best way to enjoy them is to heat them up, preheat your oven to 180c and when it’s ready, bake them for five minutes until they are hot, and the middle is melty. They will keep for three to four days in their box or an airtight container.
Brownie care
Your Flavourtown Brownies are baked specifically to be very dense and gooey! If you don’t plan on eating them on the day, keep them in an airtight box in the fridge! Brownies are one of the few baked goods that are best stored chilled to help keep them fudgy. Your brownies will keep for around five days chilled.
