Alison P I should have given more of this cake away at the end of my party. But I didn't want to share it! And now I've eaten cake every day for a week! Seriously... the 6" cake is huge, super deep, eight of us got through only half of it on the day. And the non-vegans were astonished at how good it was! Love that organic ingredients are used too.
