Black Velvet Cupcake
A Chocolate Lover's Dream Cupcake: Rich, Deep And Oh So Velvety
Imagine the iconic pillowy texture of a Red Velvet Cupcake - combined with a whole lot of decadent chocolate deliciousness. Black Velvet is London's deepest, darkest chocolate cupcake. Made with rich black cocoa and buttermilk for that luxurious, velvety-soft texture you love, with a moreish, intensely chocolatey Oreo taste. Worried about them being 'too dark'? They are swirled with a silky Belgian chocolate buttercream that balances everything. Hand-delivered across London seven days a week, Black Velvet Cupcakes are made for people who love chocolate.
Our Black Velvet Cupcakes are handmade from scratch in our Great Taste Gold Award-winning London bakery using decadent black cocoa powder. It’s not only this cocoa noir (to use its full bougie name) that makes these cupcakes insanely good - we also use the world-famous Callebaut Belgian chocolate, organic flour and sugar, French butter and locally sourced buttermilk. We never compromise on quality. Finally, our talented cake artists work their magic, individually hand-decorating every cupcake before carefully boxing them up ready for delivery.

Cupcake care
Flavourtown Cupcakes and Mini Cupcakes are a perfect one-person portion, so we’d always recommend eating them on the day to get them at their squishy best! If you have ordered for the day before your event, don’t worry; keep them covered in their box, if it’s warm, you can put the box into the fridge, but just make sure you allow a few hours for them to come back to room temperature if you do.
