What's it all about?
Sponge: Binky Fluffington is available in our two most popular kids flavours. Choose from pillowy Madagascan vanilla sponge, or our famous squishy chocolate cake.
Filling: Vanilla sponges are filled with silky vanilla buttercream. Chocolate sponges filled with real Belgian chocolate buttercream.
Frosting: Binky is frosted with our classic Madagascan vanilla buttercream. Flavourtown icings are handmade with lots of luxurious butter with a lower proportion of icing sugar. Perfectly sweet.
Decoration: Binky is completely handcrafted in our London bakery with fondant ears, eyebrows, whiskers** and nose details. And because every bunny needs a blow-dry - she's finished with curls of bright pink buttercream 'hair' **Please note that Binky's whiskers are made from cocktail sticks and must be removed before cutting and serving.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
