We've been making the Flavourtown Rainbow Cake here in our Great Taste Gold Award-winning London bakery the same way since 2013. Our secret-recipe sponges and luscious icings are handcrafted from scratch using the finest ingredients we can get our hands on, including organic Shipton Mill and Doves Farm flour, free-range eggs, French butter, Tate & Lyle organic sugar and Madagascan vanilla. Every single cake is baked fresh just for your order and individually hand-decorated by Matilde and her talented team of cake artists.

We deliver our famous Rainbow Cakes across London to all postcodes inside the M25 - seven days a week. Your cake is carefully boxed, handed to one of our specially trained drivers and delivered directly from our NW10 bakery to your front door on your chosen day.
What's it all about?
Sponge: Six brightly-coloured layers of impossibly fluffy Madagascan vanilla buttermilk sponge. Perfectly balanced sweetness, with the kind of crumb that makes you weak at the knees.
Filling: Available in traditional buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream (a tad more sophisticated).
Frosting: Because a Rainbow Cake is the perfect choice for so many events and celebrations, it’s only fitting that you choose the icing. Traditional vanilla seed buttercream is always a hit for kids' birthdays, whilst our silky Swiss meringue buttercream is a tad more grown-up.
Decoration: Rainbow sprinkles!!!!! Everything about our Flavourtown Rainbow Cake is designed to make the colours pop. Edged in a special blend of rainbow sprinkles (made exclusively for us), and finished with mini frosting poofs - and more rainbow sprinkles! Because everything is better with sprinkles.

Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
