What's it all about?
Sponge: Four layers of pillowy Madagascan vanilla sprinkle sponge (with rainbow sprinkles baked into the actual sponge).
Filling: Filled with freshly handmade, slow-simmered raspberry compote and vanilla-seed buttercream.
Frosting: Generously iced with luxurious vanilla seed buttercream with the perfect cake-to-frosting ratio.

Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
