Each one is built from layers of freshly baked sponge, filled, stacked and iced, then finished with handmade sugarpaste decorations - little fondant features, fondant feet, and a fondant candle on top - all made by hand in our NW10 kitchen.

Where did Jelly Cat cakes come from?

Jellycat the brand has been making soft toys since 1999, but the cake version is a much more recent phenomenon. We launched our Jelly Cat cake range at Flavourtown in 2025 and they became one of our most talked-about cakes almost immediately - driven almost entirely by people sharing them on Instagram and TikTok.
