Celebration Heart Cake with Bespoke Decorations

We love a creative celebration cake brief and a customer with a sense of humour. We were asked to create a bespoke personalised cake to celebrate a colleague returning to work after a minor heart attack.

Our talented team of cake makers set to work creating fondant pills, electrocardiograph details, syringes filled with chocolate sauce and of course a huge heart! The cake itself was made with three layers of Valrhona Chocolate sponge and finished with our Valrhona chocolate buttercream, to make sure it was the ultimate chocolate cake and tasted as good as it looked!
