Sponge: Four layers of our buttermilk Free From Gluten Madagascan Vanilla sponge made with Doves Farm flour.
Filling: Filled with our classic buttercream frosting.
Frosting: The Flavourtown Free from Gluten Vanilla Part Cake is paired with our classic Madagascan vanilla seed buttercream made using organic Lescure butter and organic Tate and Lyle icing sugar.
Decoration: A beautifully simple combed frosting effect on the sides with mini frosting poofs on top of the cake! The real star here is the rainbow party sprinkles which are specially made for us in America and make this cake pop.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
