We deliver freshly baked cakes across London to all areas inside the M25 every day. Our specialist drivers hand-deliver from our NW10 bakery straight to your front door with full live tracking.
Sponge: Four layers of Black Velvet buttermilk sponge, made with Black cocoa for a richer less-sweet flavour (think Oreo's but fancy).
Filling: Filled with pools of handmade salted caramel sauce, and a generous slathering of Belgian chocolate buttercream.
Frosting: Frosted with a Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache! A super-decadent mix of the finest chocolate, organic double cream, and organic French butter! Less sweet than buttercream, it gives a perfectly balanced flavour.
Decoration: Decorated with a skirt of salted caramel buttercream around the base, a Belgian chocolate drip, handmade hand-rolled chocolate truffles, and finished with a touch of caramel frosting and caramel chocolate shavings.

Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
