Filling: Our famous cream cheese frosting.
Frosting: One of those carrot cakes that isn’t overwhelmed with inches of frosting to hide an average sponge. A perfectly balanced ratio of our less-sweet cream cheese icing to cake.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
