Flavourtown Bakery makes The Ultimate tiered Flamingo birthday cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and Macarons

We have always wanted to create a double tiered version of our popular flamingo cake, so we were so happy when a customer requested one! This showstopper birthday cake has 8 layers of vanilla funfetti sponge with pink sprinkles, finished with pink ombré Swiss meringue buttercream.

The cake design is finished with handmade pink macarons, detailed flamingo fondant models and intricate piping work. We finished the cake with our super special flamingo cake sprinkle mix.
