Santa's Gingerbread Cake
What's it all about?
Sponge: Four layers of moist, sticky buttermilk gingerbread sponge filled with festive spices and the taste of Christmas.
Filling: Lucious hand-made Flavourtown raspberry compote and cinnamon cream cheese icing.
Frosting: Cinnamon cream cheese icing and swirls of Swiss meringue buttercream piping.
Decoration: Swirls of gorgeous piping, festive stripes, hand-made mini gingerbread decorations and festive sprinkles.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
Hand Delivery & Collection
London delivery is available for all our products. We deliver every day between 8am - 5pm, and you can choose your delivery date in checkout.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can collect from our Fulham and Richmond shops every day, or our Park Royal bakery between Monday - Saturday.
