Harry Potter bespoke theme birthday cake design complete with fondant Harry Potter decorations!

The perfect snack after some serious Quidditch playing or wizardry!

We loved this bespoke Harry Potter cake design with our signature striped frosting technique. (You may have seen this technique on our kick ass new Bad Ass Brownie Cheesecake cake here) Which uses a cake comb to get sharp neat buttercream stripes on the cakes.

We handmade some classic fondant pieces such as Harry’s glasses, Hedwig the owl, a golden wand, a sorting hat  and a golden snitch.

The cake was 4 layers of our flipping awesome chocolate sponge and finished with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate drip.
